Our salary and bonus structure are set up to motivate us to do our best work.

they are friendly and each one brings something to the table. All together it makes us a good team

Positive, optimistic team members that I have make the day go by faster. They are always willing to help.

bonus structure has been uncapped recently. It's also nice that we start receiving bonus pay at 80% of our goal.

they are very knowledgeable and if I needed to ask any of them to share that with me, they would be glad to.

As busy as they are they make time for us as individuals and as a team. They are always open to our communication and take action to show that they hear us.
