Yes I do. I feel I am under valued, under appreciated. Not heard when concerns are voiced. Over worked and under paid. More compensation and less mandatory OT taking away form my Family and my Life would make me feel better.
Teamwork makes the dream work! Those of us that know each other are kind when we converse. We get along and help each other. There are a lot of new hires I have not met face to face so it's hard to develop any opinions on their person. Only their work.
I work remotely. But I love my company is diverse in many ways. Self expression (tattoos, hair color, piercings - etc ) that is normally frowned upon in the work environment is Not here. Though there is a dress code to follow of course. Overall we are all friendly as we have exchanges.
Too much work. Not enough time. Quantity vs quality is not how I think the customer experience should be. It takes time to resolve and work things as far as can be worked per issue. There are constant interruptions between calls and emails. A Metric system with not enough time to do so.
