unsure of the new comp plan and adding accounts to my package increasing my baseline

Our CEO effectively communicates to all employees and I like knowing what the company goals are and what the plan is to attain the goals. I also have huge respect for the way he handled the pandemic by making employee safety a top priority. I appreciate him for visiting employees at each branch.
