My overall experience working at Systemax Inc. has been positive. The company realizes that the employees are the company's greatest asset and encourages growth/development.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Being awarded stock options and performance awards
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Less focus on optics and big repetitive talk that goes nowhere. Lot of incompetence at the upper levels.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Political game players get endlessly rewarded and the people actually doing real work get nothing to show for

Each member of my team holds themselves accountable for assigned responsibilities; sees tasks through to completion; demonstrate good judgement with decision making; strives to improve business processes;
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The company encourages teamwork and is a supportive work culture. With the ACE strategy each employee feels an individual and personal responsibility toward accomplishing company goals.
What makes you most happy at work?
I am most happy when I can complete the tasks I set out to complete at the beginning of the day, by the end of the same day.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Open communication regarding goals of the company; ongoing updates regarding COVID concerns and understanding employee concerns regarding return to work; allowing employees who are not comfortable returning to work to continue to work from home
