During my 8+ years there have been positives and negatives. I think it has been the most recent changes to our department where you can clearly see it is not the same place it used to be. Listen to your employees - we know what we deal with everyday and our concerns and suggestions need to be heard
What are some of the best things about your team?
The team that I have is very much like a family and I love that.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
When you have been shifted into a role with new responsibilities you should be compensated for it.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Again communication is lacking, the mandatory weekend overtime, not caring enough for employees. All things that can be changed very easily.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I think that the during the COVID pandemic that Global has handled that beautifully. I hope that same understanding will still be conveyed toward those of us with children having to digital learn with our children and work at the same time.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
There is a major lack in communication recently. They also need to improve the understanding of all of what CS does and stop viewing us as numbers on a spreadsheet. Weekend mandatory overtime needs to go away as well. When the weekend OT is added our children and families tend to suffer.
