coming from Avenue, i think the global transition was smooth. i'm still here so that says a lot. I thrive on being loyal and feel for the most part my thoughts and ideas are receptive by management.

problem solving and making the customer happy. also money helps

i'm not sure there is anything other than its not capped.

holly and adrienne are great. they listen to me and trust my decisons about my accounts. there is mutual respect there.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
we are a family, a dysfunctional one but still. we have a wide range of ethnical backgrounds and respect that and learn from other cultures.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
management needs to stop hiring warm bodies. we need experience people who know the industry. managements also needs to not be scared to let some people go. slackers are praised and hard working people are not.
