I feel the best part of being in the Sales compensation package is their truly is no limit to what you can earn.

My team is active in supporting me professionally and personally. There is constant encouragement, sharing of best practices, and a tangible care for each other. All the time, not just sometimes.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Leadership is leading through listening to those they manage. This is evident due to their follow up to better understand, and their follow through. I feel this statement is true for all members of the Global leadership team.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I believe the consistent (open door) communication is what creates a great workspace. You can voice your thoughts without feeling discouraged. They want your thoughts, and often times ideas from employees are set into action by management. It really feels like we are all on the same page.
