What do you like best about the leadership team?
This isn't anonymous, we've been told that every survey and have been proven time and again, no survey is anonymous.
What makes you most happy at work?
When I'm able to successfully do my job. I feel a sense of accomplishment and pride knowing I'm contributing positively.

We receive a now weekly communication about our safety and possible policy changes. Most managers/directors/departments are held at higher standards.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Knowledgeable and helpful team members. They understand frustrations our team has and we come together and try to work out a system/process so that it's beneficial and more productive for the entire team.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Our team in particular, our teamwork, efforts, our ability to strive for the best, is really positive. The negative mentioned before is mentioned because there are times when we're asked as a team to complete tasks that should belong to another department. No accountability for other departments.
