Great pay, benefits, work/life balance. Only thing I do not see is community relations/development and charitable events and donations. We might do them, but I have not heard of any or been part of any so far.

I spend 8 hours a day working and make decent money. You get to learn about interesting things that companies are doing and plenty of interesting people too.

The leadership team in my branch are approachable, amiable, and I trust them to be honest.

Feeling important to my customers by being able to save them time, money, solve problems, and feel good about their jobs.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Most team members are always willing to take a minute to help out with any quick questions and are always celebrating each others victories. It is consistently a positive competitive atmosphere, less maybe one or two people.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Having a base salary provides the security to not become overstressed or anxious about earning the commissions and bonuses. This base salary really enables me to strive to hit my goals every month because truly feels like a bonus.
