The best thing about our team is that everyone is willing to help each other out. No one will ever say no when you ask for assistance.

They are great coaches. They point out your weaknesses in a way that motivate you to want to be better. Never condescending. Always uplifting and motivating.

I love that they care about me as a person and not just an employee. They have helped me sharpen my sales skills and taken me to levels I don't think I would have reached elsewhere.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I don't like how they hit us with negative freight and replacement orders. They take the cost of the item out of our GP and most of the times the cost is significantly higher than the GP i was paid on.
