That i am working remotely is the best thing that could have happened. No more micro managing by incompetent managers who never worked in my position and the one that did was hardly strong salesperson at all as his numbers showed. we have horrible managers and they play favorites all the time
The new comp plan is shameful. As an employee who has experienced several different comp plans at Global, this one is horrible. The doubling of the salary and paying a straight 4% payout on all items sold is ridiculous. The old comp plan was fine- this one will make me look for a new job.
Paying $50K to attract other company's castoffs is shameful, new employees are handed books of accounts as opposed to when i started and I had to build a book from scratch it's a joke. The Amazon account was given to an employee who has been here barely a year and he never hits KPI's. this is a joke
theyshould have kept the VIP comp plan. I am not here for salary, i am here to sell products and make the most commission possible. I was on pace before July to exceed my earnings from last year as I always have year after year. Now i am going to lose over $40K , time to find a new job.
