Knowing that finishing the Leadership Academy will lead to bigger and better things sooner rather than later.

Simply better pay across the board for loaders and packers. Between 16 and 17 seems reasonable. Especially with the hardships brought on by Covid-19.

Everyone actually goes out of their way to help each other. even if there are 2 people that dislike each other; you would never be able to tell while working together.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I work from the moment I clock in to the moment I clock in. Fast paced all day, plus I have a college degree which should count for something in my opinion....
