The CEO is extremely approachable, has a vision for the business, and communciates with the entire company every week.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Strong connectivity and given our heavy Zoom environment, I'm able to dial in to many key meetings and really see how the company is operating.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Senior leadership in the company has transformed under the new CEO from it's legacy top down command-and-control approach, to a collaborative problem solving environment with the customer at the center.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Very fair and competitive with the market. But, as a younger associate it's not all about the money. I'm learning more working at Global Industrial than I ever did before.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Our CEO constantly explains each week through video what is happening in the company and what our priorities are for the month. It keeps us all informed of the goals, and that helps me do my work better
