Michael Canavan is responsible for leading and overseeing all direct and channel sales teams for Globalscape.
Canavan brings a diverse background with more than 15 years of experience in sales, engineering, and product management to Globalscape.
Prior to joining, Canavan served as Senior Vice President, Sales with Kaspersky Lab North America. In that role, he was responsible for all business-to- business sales activities in North America, including leading channel and presales system engineering organizations. Canavan has also held various roles in sales, engineering and product management at Kaspersky Lab, Trend Micro and CDW, among others.
Canavan graduated from Purdue University, Krannert School of Management with a Bachelor of Science in Economics and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology.
