Collaboration. We have a team the lifts each other up and tries to get better each day.

What did you like most about the interview process?
I met with my manager and some of my team members.
I'm glad to hear/read this. It is our belief everyone should be comfortable interviewing. After all, it's just a conversation about your goals and accomplishments and what we have to offer you.
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
Stop with the trial by fire interviews
We have drastically changed our whole recruiting process and policy.
What makes you most happy at work?
I have projects that are interesting and challenge me. I enjoy my team too.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Fire Matt and start over. He's managed to run a 20 yr company into the ground. He is morally bankrupt
