Researched other companys for same position and most every company pays higher and these calls are B2B..no breaks between 120 calls a day.
We advise mamagement of issues, and they get ignored, they know the phone# for customers has been down fpr 2+ yrs, and it still down, you have at least 50 people calling in on a system that can handle maybe 10 calls at a time, so customers are constanly being dropped or disconnected. Mgmt is aware.
No benefits and run yourself into the ground to make a paycheck lying to people.
We currently support 7 companies all under the Globe Life umbrella and are expected to keep up with the overwhelming amount of work with very little support.
Everything was going great until they started making us come back in to the office you don't pay us enough to come into the office
I took a small pay cut when hired. After four years I have gone up a whole 60 cents!!!
