They have a long list of things you are expected to do, and what to say in 4.15 min per call...and you have to do it with a system that is old, freezes up and doesnt work alot of the time. Trying to get our older medicare customers taken care of in that amount of time is not fair to the customers.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Researched other companys for same position and most every company pays higher and these calls are B2B..no breaks between 120 calls a day.
