hiring and onboarding was rushed, after working here for awhile I learned why that is. They make everything competitive. It's all about recruiting. No one leads by example or follows-through with expectations. It's incredibly chaotic but you can make good money. Work/life balance is a struggle.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is genuinely really supportive. Everyone is willing to help out when one of the managers is MIA.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
My co-workers/team, I would do just about anything for this group of people. Everyone is so welcoming and jovial.
What makes you most happy at work?
When I'm able to make a sale and I know I've helped protect a family. Yeah, the money is good but I have first-hand experience with handling a death and not having life insurance. I never want another family to have to deal with that
What did you like most about the interview process?
they will literally hire anyone and I mean ANYONE. If you can afford to sign up for the pre-licensing course and get your license, you have a job. It's part of how they make money. They need to hire people so they hire everyone.
