The region manager micromanages all stores and does not permit them to act on their own accord

There were no benefits and i was being paid a measly 9 dollars an hour. thats pathetic

the interview process isn't bad, its the company itself. You wonder why you have so much employee turnover. Its because you dont pay them enough
