Minimum pay to work long shifts alone with no breaks. They expect maximum effort from every employee but it is never enough, even PT under paid enployees will be lectured about KPI reports and store performance. Also be in conference calls all while balancing customers and busy work in store.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
More employees on at once so breaks can be given so you dont burn iut your employees. Better pay is a good incentive fir employees to try harder and stay longer in their stores. Dont expect your minimum wage employees to do the same work as your management.
