Allow employees to voice their concerns and keep those concerns private
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
They are extremely immature, unprofessional, and will cheat in order to meet the metrics
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Taking employee suggestions not as a sign of disgruntled employee, but as just that-suggestions.
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
I would actually have Human Resources verify the validity of the people that state they have bachelors degree and other certificates.
