Promotion, product discounts. Communication. Treating corporate and franchise stores with respect.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
GNC has mishandled money and it results in pay issues for its employees.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
We are not sure that GNC will be a company in a year.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
We have to believe the company will succeed. Management has treated employees and franchisees so poorly that there is little faith left the company will survive or it will be collectible in the near future.
