The company should start focusing on long term growth not just short term profit.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
GNC pays less than competitors (Vitamin Shoppe) for equivalent positions. Paying similar to competitors would improve morale and performance.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Tired of not being to help customers because GNC wants us to push products which will not benefit customers.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
They need to start caring about customers and wanting to build the business instead of just hitting daily numbers with no regard to maintaining customers long term.
