The flexibility of my team reminds me of my time in the military

I rated down the middle because I'm still pretty new and learning my place within The company and my region
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I think that based on company sales pushes there should be better commission for more items. I had no idea there was any sort of stick or equity initiative for this company
