What do you like best about the leadership team?
I dont. I (female) was offered an assistant manager position at $9.69/hr while the last (male) assistant manager was making $12.60/hr. This is completely unfair and insulting. I would love to have an explanation for that.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I am a hard worker and the previous assistant manager made $12.60/hour and they offered me $9.69. Thanks GNC. I have also asked for raises before and was declined. My numbers are good and there is no reason for this unfair treatment.
