My experience with GNC has been rocky, up until recently I have been happy to go into work. However some recent incidences have taken place with the new DM and I do not feel like this is a safe or reputable company to work for. I have had issues getting in touch with HR and Payroll for assistance.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The store manager is very flexible with hours and times, and always giving advise and tips and trips on how to interact with customers effectively.
What did you like most about the interview process?
The aspect I liked the most about the interview was meeting the store manager and walking around the store and being showed the lay out and being asked questions and being able to ask questions.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I believe my pay at GNC is adequate, however I am upset there isn't much of an opportunity for full time positions so that way I may get benefits. The pay plan takes some time to learn however I believe the "booster" pay plan is a fun system in effect and can be rewarding for the employee.
