The customers and store environments are great, but upper management and district managers being down your throat about pushing product or memberships that not everyone needs to every customers is beyond annoying, the company needs to focus more on the customers willingness to shop and not forcing.

If you want a employee to sell a certain number of memberships, you should probably pay a manger better than $13 an hour.

Being understanding that not everyone needs or wants a pro membership, customers are a lot more responsive to a kind smile and welcome back than a pushy associate trying to make them spend the money they work hard for.
