What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
My old manager that was forced to step down for no good reason
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
Be real and make it about learning not how much you think a person can bride a customer
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Helping employees and maybe saying good job once in awhile instead of always saying 1 more would be better
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Cut throat environment and they push to much unreasonable goals and then even when you hit goals act like they coulda done so much better
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
To much push to be a salesman and most employees didn't have proper knowledge be surprised how many times I sterred a customer towards and item just because I was educated on it and ppl sell pm items to people regardless of side effects cause they have no knowledge
