the interview process isn't bad, its the company itself. You wonder why you have so much employee turnover. Its because you dont pay them enough

the leader who i interviewed with has had me working under him for 18 months, acted as if he had never had any contact or previous interviews for that matter. reached out to hr. i was shocked hr did not know my pay, what store i worked for, sales numbers..statin these field mngrs have exclusivity
