Gregory Cashman — Senior Managing Director of Golub Capital at Golub Capital

Mr. Gregory W. Cashman, also known as Greg, is a Senior Managing Director at Golub Capital LLC. Mr. Cashman works in the middle market lending and late stage lending team. He joined the firm in 1996. Mr. Cashman makes new investments for the firm and assists portfolio companies on financial and operational matters. He originates, executes and monitors investments for the firm. Mr. Cashman also oversees Golub Capital's Middle-market Club Investments' business. Previously, he worked in various finance positions reporting to the Chief Financial Officer at Bristol-Myers Squibb Co. from 1993 to 1996 and was named the Manager of Business Development for the venture capital arm of Bristol-Myers Squibb's Consumer Medicines Division. In that position, Mr. Cashman was responsible for analyzing and negotiating investment and acquisition opportunities. Prior to that, he spent four years as a Senior Accountant at Arthur Andersen & Co., serving emerging growth companies. Mr. Cashman is a Director or Advisory Director of a number of Golub Capital's portfolio companies. He was a Director of Whitcraft LLC. He received an M.B.A. from the Darden School of Business and a B.S. in Commerce from the McIntire School of University of Virginia.
