What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Loosening the grips of the incredibly detailed processes. It's highly demoralizing to not be able to think, speak, or behave outside a very specific expected profile.

Slightly above average base pay
Above average pay is good
Fair salary and an incentive to not take part in the health insurance
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
"Free" benefits if you're single - but that benefits package covers basically nothing. Compensation is not based on market data.

Collaborative, willing to help the team

There is no sense of humor whatsoever. It's all business and very serious.

Get rid of the strict hierarchy and millions of processes.
use robots instead of people
More understand as to how our roles help the company goals - and more regular reiteration of how we contribute. It would help focus our efforts and avoid wasted work time on unnecessary projects

Meeting several different people during interviews

The process is quite slow, talent needs answers faster

The industry and working at a large place. There are a lot if smart people.
