- What does the leadership team need to get better at?Loosening the grips of the incredibly detailed processes. It's highly demoralizing to not be able to think, speak, or behave outside a very specific expected profile.
- Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?"Free" benefits if you're single - but that benefits package covers basically nothing. Compensation is not based on market data.
- What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?There is no sense of humor whatsoever. It's all business and very serious.
