They continually add awesome perks to our benefits package. I mean, we have free pet telehealth visits for god's sake! It's very generous.

I never thought I'd say this, but the appreciation and recognition from my superiors and peers is the best part of my compensation. The salary and perks are great too!

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I think the numbers (at least that I receive) at not at all competitive with market, and HR is insistent on making sure the exact bands remain a mystery to anyone already working here.
