What's the interview process like at Google?

Phone calls, remote interview, in person all day long with challenges mostly in the whiteboard, then interview with team managers to choose a team and negotiate the salary.

It is long and rigorous. I have heard that the interview process is much easier for certain people to increase diversity. The technical interviews are difficult.
