When your a hard worker and smart and quickest member of team great problem solver you do have show up work longer hard then the rest of the team? Even in excite team manager you should do anything that the other do set example.

They give you many perks so they expect you to perform. You can forget about work life balance unless you are an executive. Expect to work very long hours to deliver on tight deadlines.
