- What would you most like to see improved at your company?Fair compensation and appreciation for employees.
- What does the leadership team need to get better at?Leadership needs to respect their employees. Change is enevitable at a startup, but GoSite has handled the many changes that have happened in the last 6 months atrociously. Giving a plan then changing it spontaneously with no warning or transparency. The employees have been abused by this company.
- Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?False promises of promotions and raises. I was given two "promotions" and was never given any raise, I worked my butt off for months striaght to provide evidence of my worthiness of pay, and I was told repeatedly no. As a female, i have male counterparts who are getting paid $20k more than me.
