GP Transco Mission Statement
GP Transco is constantly aiming to increase driver pay and transparency, driver interviews with the purpose of better understanding their needs, and had a big part in creating The Story of Drivers part 1, 2, and 3, which is an in-house created documentary series to show trucking and logistics to the public, to improve the overall image of the industry. Thanks to the dedication of our talented staff, GP Transco became the first carrier to make driver-facing cameras optional as well as pay drivers extra for opting in the program. Highlighting our resourcefulness, we have decided to install a driver-facing camera in our CEO's personal vehicle. This gave us 1st-hand knowledge of any challenges our drivers would face on the road and allowed us to troubleshoot proactively. We see other carriers get ideas from our work and our policies, which is great since it improves the life of truck drivers not only here at GP Transco but outside of the company as well.
GP Transco Vision Statement
GP Transco’s main objective is advancing policies that are both contemporary and innovative to the trucking industry and to promote the industry in a positive light while highlighting the use of modern technology and the fair and respectful treatment of truck drivers. GP Transco provides transportation services via 500 semi-trucks and 700 dry can trailers. We also have a brokerage division that connects freight customers with other carriers who wish to transport their goods in an efficient manner. We collect and analyze the historical data of every customer – this helps us determine what has caused delays or issues in the past, helps avoid issues on future loads, and make sure that each load is booked and delivered more efficiently than the last. Each driver has his or her own strengths and unique abilities, which can fit into the unique needs of the customer – we plan the delivery of your freight according to the drivers who fit your specific needs best.
