What does the leadership team need to get better at?Top-down management structure could use some creativity, vision, and buy-in from all levels of business. Also could benefit from diversity and more women in leadership positions.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better? Most employees in lower rungs are very talented, friendly, and fun to work with, but upper management has imposed unhealthy work environment not conducive to effective, open conversation.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?More collaboration from all levels, rather than top-bottom leadership. Obsession with sales, revenues, and shareholders is hurting company culture.
