overall everyone i work with has always been so generous and has never made me feel insecure. although i do feel like some of our leadership team should spend more time interacting with us and see how we are doing. leadership should be asking how we are doing instead of asking for surveys and etc.

everyone is always saying hello or goodmorning or how is your day.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
the best part is the flexible time off for FTE's and we are not burnt out due to unable to take anytime off

my team is always there to lend a hand and has never once stopped me from succeeding. They are the highlight of my day when we interact.
What makes you most happy at work?
the one thing that makes me happy to work is that i feel that im never going to have a dull day and everyone is excited to spend time together.

leadership team is always interacting with our team and always praising our team and it warms our heart to be able to come to a job and feel welcome by our leadership
