What do you like best about the leadership team?
There are monthly round tables with opportunities to ask questions. Also, I have worked with leaders on projects, and everyone has been receptive and collaborative.
What makes you most happy at work?
I love being part of a company that is disrupting the healthcare industry. Cancer is a terrible disease. I anticipate that GRAIL's products will give people more time with their loved ones.
What are some of the best things about your team?
GRAIL is less siloed than other medical device companies. My specific department is fantastic, and working with other departments has been fun (yes - I just wrote the word "fun"!) Employees wear many hats, but everyone has been willing to help and collaborate.
