A whirlwind of intoxicating learning and growth. I come from a typical "tech company" background.. Biotechnology, Next Generation DNA Sequencing... it's the coolest stuff I've ever worked on TBH.
Briefly describe your overall experience at your company
I worked in "tech" for almost 20 years. Building "bleeding edge" tools to help customers buy more things they don't really need was draining my spirit. Grail is the exact opposite of that feeling; we're helping hundreds of thousands of people get their lives back. What could be better than that!

Constant effort to keep employees informed. The don't sugarcoat anything which is very refreshing.

We practice constructive conflict. It's OK to disagree if we have the right intentions.

Our mission is incredible. We detect cancer in the earliest stages possible...when it can be cured!

My ability to create and improve. Normally there is a lot of red tape but change is anticipated (not mitigated) here and I love that about Grail.

The excitement around our MISSION. Early Cancer Detection for 50 types of cancer, saving countless lives. YES! I want to be a part of that story.
