Company has base salary plus annual bonus plus long term incentive plan (Stocks/Cash equivalent).

Leadership team is super focused and have very good knowledge about assay and future plan.

We have enough challenges, with given team structure and goal we have I am feeling proud of myself contributing to mission and vision of the company.

Company culture is good in general. I like working with smart people around me. People have plan forward and most of all are very focused on what they do.
