What makes you most happy at work?
I am most happy when I am able to send offer letters, because I am a small part in someone securing the role they worked hard to obtain.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The medical benefits offered to contractors are not reasonably priced. I pay less for myself and my husband than I would for just me, had I gone with the benefits available.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I like Kelsey Wolf (Manager) because she's genuine in her approach to building an invested and collaborative team. I'd like to see more diversity in leadership. It's still early for RTP so hopefully that changes.
