I like their transparency and how they like to keep us in the know.

We are a team. I feel everyone is vested in the mission and willing to help each other out.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The employees are driven by the mission, very team oriented and really just want to GSD so we can make a change in the world
What makes you most happy at work?
I have a fantastic team and my manager and leadership team within my group make it easy to work hard and keep pushing myself to do better and be better.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel there is a bit of biased for employees that live in CA vs non-CA residents. The employee is still doing the same job whether they live in the state or not but there can be huge difference between regions in regards to base pay and stocks
