My experience has been challenging but very rewarding. While our goals often require doing what has never been done before it is very motivating to be a part of a team that has the talent and resourcing to get things done. We all firmly believe GRAIL will change cancer care and save lives.

We are pioneering a paradigm-shifting approach to cancer early detection. We can dramatically bend the cancer mortality curve through our test, and there is incredible excitement and energy around our mission and our opportunity to reduce the burden of cancer.

There is a focus on our mission and the opportunity to make a significant difference in addressing the burden of cancer. We prioritize our scientific development and innovative work to ensure that our multi-cancer early detection test can get to as many patients as possible, as quickly as possible.

It is a collection of very talented people committed to breaking the mold in order to bring our test to as many people as possible. Much of what we do has never been done before and while it is often hard and complex, it is also very rewarding to work on something that is so game-changing.
