What are some of the best things about your team?

intelligence, dedication, camaraderie, dedication to the mission

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

dedication to the mission in coworkers

What makes you most happy at work?

caliber of coworkers, importance of mission, optimistic resolution of merger

What do you like best about the leadership team?

there is transparency, but but not necessarily for the longer term projects (3+ months) so it seems like sometimes ELT is just as surprised as the rest of us. also as one who has 1:1's with different elt members they're not always on the same page with each other.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I really don't know how I'm doing. year end 360 feedback is biased, and as a manager I haven't gotten constructive feedback as to how I'm doing. I also don't think that elt realizes how hard we work. in general there's not a focus on the good..if we do 90% of our p0 so what .. it doesn't translate.
