Overall, my experience has been positive. There have been some ups and downs over the years, however I am happy to see things trending in generally positive directions as the organization transitions for a pure R&D company to a commercial company with ongoing R&D.

Transparency, sharing of information, allowing people to work across functional boundaries, supporting development of employees, ability to work from home.
What makes you most happy at work?
Knowing that we are finding cancer earlier that it would have otherwise been found for patients, and working toward improving the performance of our products.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I appreciate the level of transparency that the leadership team provides, through frequent all-hands meetings, weekly email communications, availability of information from the PMO, etc. I like that the leadership team appear to be working toward common goals and are able to have healthy debates.
