Mixed. I haven't been with GRAIL long and am still getting acclimated. What I have noticed is there is a strong divide between employees who have been with the company 3+ years and those that have been with the company under 2 years. The longer tenured employees are disgruntled.

Growing, dedicated employees, excellent CEO, young, high potential
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I like the approachability, honesty, transparency and empathy of most of the ELT, Matt Young, Hans Bishop and Uplaksh Kumar.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Under staffed, under resourced. Too many high priorities and fire drills, can't get to strategic work that truly needs to done.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I was brought on low and within a very short period of time have taken on double the load I was told the job would be. I was just told that my workload is going to increase again. I don't GRAIL represents the true workload and culture during the interview process.
