
Unlimited work from home which is actually encouraged and respected, on top of monthly "mental health days" where the entire company gets the day off.
The compensation is very generous, the benefits are wonderful, and the incredible PTO policy is the cherry on top. I truly feel welcome to take PTO whenever the need arises.
When Grailed says they offer unlimited PTO, they mean it -- as a manager I get notified when my direct reports aren't taking ENOUGH time off instead of the latter.
