What is the best part about your compensation package?

Unlimited work from home which is actually encouraged and respected, on top of monthly "mental health days" where the entire company gets the day off.

The compensation is very generous, the benefits are wonderful, and the incredible PTO policy is the cherry on top. I truly feel welcome to take PTO whenever the need arises.

When Grailed says they offer unlimited PTO, they mean it -- as a manager I get notified when my direct reports aren't taking ENOUGH time off instead of the latter.

Salary and family health care

Base salary is very competitive for my role.

My salary is competitive and is reevaluated often based on performance

The best part is how comprehensive it is. I fully believe that all aspects of our compensation package are some of the best available anywhere without being excessive.

Compensation is fair and performance-based adjustments are made regularly.

The PTO policy is generous and I feel I'm frequently encouraged to take time off. The other health and wellness benefits are great as well.

Unlimited vacation, wellness days, 401(k) match, and being a fully remote company.

Feel like I get paid very fairly compared to other companies and that they actively try to make sure we are well-compensated

Wellness days and 12 holidays = at least one 3 day weekend a month. It's a great way to unplug alongside the rest of the company.
