Current leadership team has done a great job during the pandemic with communication and ensuring the safety of the people.
All talk, no action. Sometimes things don't need total rehauls. If they happen, collaborate with the teams and communicate what's happening.

The leadership team at Grant Thornton needs to get better at listening to employees and acting on feedback, rather than only communicating decisions after they have already been made. Learn to treat employees with respect and transparency, as opposed to bullying them into dispair
